
Hi I'm Lucy, a yoga teacher based in Wirral.
With a background in neuroscience and over seven years’ experience exploring as many types of yoga as possible, my aim is to help you improve your own mental and physical wellbeing.
I’ve undertaken digital and in-person Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTCs), reaching 500+ combined hours, which makes me equally prepared to help students learn yoga at home, online, or in the studio.
We all learn differently, and we all exercise for different reasons. Some people practice yoga to improve their flexibility. Others for core stability. You might want to become more mindful. Or, maybe you’re compelled to practice purely out of curiosity. That’s one of the many things I love about being a yoga instructor. I want to encourage you, whatever your reason for coming to your mat.
My teaching philosophy is holistic and positive. I’ve studied ashtanga, vinyasa, rocket, and yin which gives me a strong grasp of both the structure and creativity needed to create inclusive classes that work for everyone. I focus on feeling every pose individually, which means making every movement work for everybody – no matter their level of expertise.
