VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa flows focus on the link between movement and breath. Each posture flows into the next to create balance between body and mind. My vinyasa classes are creative and inclusive; designed so everyone can feel the benefits regardless of skill level. Join me for my weekly Dynamic Vinyasa classes in Bebington.

ROCKET YOGA
Rocket yoga is a set sequence based on the ashtanga series'. This is a playful and energetic sequence that incorporates inversions and arm balances. This practice is perfect if you have a basic knowledge of yoga already. See the booking page for up to date courses and classes I am offering.
YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a beautifully relaxing practice that focuses on introspection and mindfulness. Each pose is held for a number of minutes to fully allow the connective tissues around the joints to strengthen and stretch. My yin classes are themed to help slow your busy mind while making sure your body reaps all the benefits on the mat.

WHAT CLASS DO I CHOOSE?
Everybody starts learning yoga somewhere. Whether you have attended a few local yoga classes before or watched some videos online, there’s no bad place to start. My yoga classes aim to teach you the fundamentals of alignment, breath, flow, posture, and more, regardless of the style of flow. Try a class and see what works for you!
